Henry Froese was born July 8, 1935, in Schoeneberg Russia, now Ukraine. He passed away at home in Winnipeg on Sunday March 8, 2026, at the age of 90 years with his wife at his side. He is survived by his loving wife Judy, her brothers and their families, and many cousins. He was predeceased by his parents, Heinrich Johann and Maria (nee Enns) Froese and many aunts and uncles.
Henry’s faith in Jesus Christ was vitally important to him. It gave him joy and fulfillment to attend church, study the Bible and serve where possible. It gave him confidence that someday upon his physical death he would see Jesus, his Lord and Saviour in paradise. He met that goal a few days ago.
The memorial service for Henry Froese will be held on Saturday March 21, 2026, 11:00 a.m. at Grant Memorial Church, 877 Wilkes Ave. near Waverley.
